Physicians have a lot of anxiety about real estate, probably because we are told the path to riches is through real estate ownership.
Should we own real estate? Is it enough to rent it? Does it appreciate? Is it the key to wealth?
I have owned multiple properties, and I have rented. I'll share what I have learned so far.
